FRESH FRIED CORN 
8 ears of corn, cut from cob
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. salt
1 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. milk

Melt butter in large skillet, add corn and cook 5 minutes. Mix next 4 ingredients and stir into corn. Slowly add milk, stirring constantly. Serve when hot.
