APPLE PIE CUTS 
3 3/4 c. flour
1 1/2 tbsp. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. shortening
2 eggs
1 c. milk

FILLING:

1 c. cornflakes
10 apples
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon

Mix flour, sugar, salt, cut in shortening. Mix egg yolk and milk. Add to flour mixture. Mix and roll half the dough. Spread crushed cornflakes over crust. Mix remaining ingredients over cornflakes. Roll o out other half of dough seal carefully. Beat egg white until frothy and spread over top of crust. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes. Dribble with frosting.

FROSTING:

Powdered sugar
Vanilla
Water
