3 c. shredded sweet potatoes
1 c. oil
1 c. sugar
1 c. brown sugar
4 eggs
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Beat together eggs, oils, sugars, and vanilla. Sift in flour, soda, salt and cinnamon. Stir in sweet potatoes and nuts. Grease and flour a 9x13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes. Cool and frost.
