CHILI RELLENOS CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 - 4 oz. cans whole green chili, cut in half, seeded
1 1/2 cup sharp cheddar cheese
1/4 cup flour
1/2 tsp. salt
4 eggs, beaten with 1 1/2 cup milk
1/4 tsp. hot sauce, optional

Brown beef, add onion, salt and pepper. Alternate layers of meat, cheese and chilies in 9 x 12 pan. Mix flour and salt, gradually add egg mixture, beating till smooth, pour over meat, cheese & chili in pan.

Bake 350°F for 45 to 50 minutes.
