5 lbs. potatoes
1 c. diced celery
1/4 c. minced onion
2 tsp. celery seed
Duke's mayonnaise

Cook potatoes with peeling on. Peel and dice. Mix with other ingredients. Add just enough mayonnaise to mix thoroughly. Serve cold.
