8 oz. cream cheese, softened
8 oz. Cool Whip
1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla extract
Chocolate Keebler pie crust
3/4 c. miniature Nestle's chips

Mix cream cheese, sugar and vanilla until smooth. Fold in Cool Whip and chips. Put into pie crust. Chill for 4 hours.
