CHEESE BALL 
1/2 lb. sharp cheese
1/2 lb. pimento brick
2 - 3 oz. cream cheese
1/2 tsp. Tabasco sauce
1 tsp. Worchestershire sauce
1 tsp. minced onion
Mayo

Put cheddar, pimento in food grinder and add cream cheese and seasoning. Blend well. Add mayo to moisten. Roll over in paprika.
