FRUIT PIZZA 
SAUCE:

1/2 c. sugar
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. water
1/2 c. orange juice
2 tbsp. lemon juice

Bring to boil; cook for 1 minute. Cool 20 minutes. Spread an 8 ounce tube sugar cookie dough in jelly roll pan or pizza pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 12 minutes. Cool.

Mix 8 ounce cream cheese with 2/3 of an 8 ounce carton of Cool Whip. Spread on cooled cookie crust. Arrange fresh fruit on top of cream cheese and Cool Whip mixture (strawberries, bananas, chunk pineapple, mandarin oranges, peaches, kiwi, blueberries, etc.) Pour glaze on top. Serve.
