SHRIMP ETOUFFEE 
5 lbs. boiled shrimp
1 1/2 bunches green onion
5 ribs celery
2-3 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 can golden mushroom soup
2 cans Rotel brand tomatoes or tomatoes with green chilies
2 cloves garlic
Salt & pepper

Chop onions, celery and garlic. Saute these in 3 tablespoons butter. Add soups and tomatoes and simmer 30 minutes. Add shrimp and simmer until hot. Serve over rice. Preparation Time: 25 minutes. Serves 6.
