HAMBURGER PIE 
1 chopped onion
1 1/2 lb. hamburger
1 can tomato sauce
Oregano
Salt & pepper
Garlic
Parsley
1 c. mozzarella cheese

Fry 1 chopped onion and pepper if desired. Add 1 1/2 pound hamburger, crumble and cook slowly. Drain excess fat. Add 1 can of tomato sauce (15 ounce). Add oregano, salt, pepper, garlic and parsley to taste.

Pour mixture into 9 inch pie crust or line pie plate with crescent rolls (refrigerated). Top with mozzarella cheese. Bake at 375 degrees for 25-35 minutes.
