CRISPY OATMEAL - FRUIT CRUNCH 
For this recipe, use 1 can of favorite pie filling: Apple, cherry, peach, or apricot. Pour pie filling into shallow baking dish. Fresh fruit may also be used.

TOPPING:

2 c. oatmeal
3/4 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. sugar
1/3 c. flour
1 tsp. vanilla
1 stick butter/oleo, softened

Combine all of the above ingredients together. Sprinkle over fruit. Bake in 325 degree oven for about 30 minutes or until topping is brown. Serve warm or cold for a delicious and simple dessert.
