DINNER ROLLS 
1 pkg. dry yeast
1 c. warm water
2 tsp. sugar
3 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. oil
1 egg, beaten

Dissolve yeast in water and then add sugar. Mix in salt, oil and egg. Mix well. Blend in flour. Let rise. Beat down. Divide and place in 2 bread pans or form into 16 balls and place each ball in a muffin cup. Or place each ball side by side in large flat pan. Let rise. Bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes.
