TANGY MAC SALAD 
2 c. cooked macaroni, chilled
1/2 c. diced cucumbers
1/2 diced red bell peppers
2 boiled eggs, chilled & chopped
1/4 c. sliced scallions
1/4 c. buttermilk
1 tbsp. & 2 tsp. red cal mayonnaise

Combine macaroni, cucumber, bell peppers, eggs and onions. Set aside. Combine remaining ingredients. Add to mixture and stir to coat.
