1 egg, separated
4 tbsp. cream
3 tbsp. butter
1 (1 lb.) box confectioners' sugar
3 oz. cocoa
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
chopped nuts (optional)

Beat egg yolk; add cream and butter, Gradually add sugar. Beat egg white and add.

Add cocoa, salt, vanilla and nuts (if using). Beat with electric mixer at slow speed.

Pour onto platter; place in refrigerator.
