SWEET & SOUR SLAW 
1 head cabbage, shredded
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 bell pepper, chopped
1 c. sugar
1 c. vinegar
2/3 c. oil
1 tbsp. salt
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. mustard

Pour sugar over the first 3 ingredients and set aside. Bring to a boil the last 5 ingredients in a saucepan. Pour over sugar mixture. Cover at once and put into refrigerator while hot. Let set overnight. This will keep for 2 weeks in refrigerator.
