COMPANY BEEF CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground chuck
1 tbsp. steak sauce
2 tbsp. Crisco
1/4 c. chopped bell pepper
1 onion
1 can tomatoes
1 can mushroom soup
1 tbsp. catsup
5 oz. pkg. elbow macaroni
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Salt and pepper to taste

Brown beef in Crisco, add onions, tomatoes, catsup, steak sauce and pepper. Simmer for 30 minutes. Cook macaroni as directed. Combine macaroni and beef mixture. Season to taste. Gently spoon soup into mixture. Mix lightly. Sprinkle cheese on top. Bake at 350 degrees until top is brown and bubbly. Bake in 2 quart casserole.
