CARAMEL APPLE SALAD 
1 (3 1/2 oz.) pkg. instant butterscotch pudding mix
1 c. dry roasted peanuts
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, undrained
1 c. miniature marshmallows
3 c. unpeeled apples, cored and chopped
1 (8 oz.) container frozen non-dairy whipped topping, thawed

Combine all the ingredients in a bowl. Mix well and chill several hours.
