PECAN PRALINES 
1 lb. box light brown sugar
1 sm. can evaporated milk
2 tbsp. white Karo
4 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 1/2 c. pecan halves

Mix brown sugar, milk and Karo in saucepan and cook to 238 degrees over medium heat, stirring often. Remove from heat and add butter. Cool until lukewarm, then mix in vanilla and beat until creamy. Add pecans and drop candy by spoonsful onto wax paper. These are delicious!
