BAKED CORN CASSEROLE 
2 cans creamed style corn
1 egg, beaten
1 bundle green onions, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1 stick butter, sliced
Crushed crackers

Mix all ingredients together except the butter. Put the mixture in a casserole baking dish. Top the mixture with finely crushed crackers and add the slices of butter over the top. Bake at 400 degrees until crackers are golden brown.
