BAKED CORN CASSEROLE 
2 c. corn, cut off cob
1 tbsp. flour
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. butter
3 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 c. milk
1/2 c. heavy cream

Combine all ingredients and turn into a 6-cup buttered casserole. Place pan in hot water and bake in a preheated 325 degree oven for 90 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
