1 box lemon cake mix
1 box lemon instant pudding
3/4 c. oil
3/4 c. water
4 eggs
1 c. of Second Nature egg substitute

Mix all together and bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.

GLAZE:

2 c. powdered sugar
1/3 c. orange juice
2 tbsp. water
2 tbsp. butter

Punch holes in cake while hot and pour over the cake while hot.
