CHEESY HASH BROWNS | |
2 lb. frozen hash browns 2 c. grated Cheddar cheese 1/2 c. sour cream 1 sm. onion, chopped 2 cans cream of chicken soup TOPPING: 2 sticks butter 2 c. corn flakes Mix main ingredients. Spread into 13 x 9 inch baking dish. Melt butter. Mix in the cornflakes. Spread topping onto potatoes. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to an hour. |
