CHOPPED CHICKEN LIVERS 
1 lb. chicken livers
2 med. onions
4 tbsp. butter
2 hard boiled eggs
Salt & pepper to taste

Broil livers and then rinse in cold water. Melt butter and saute onions for 15 minutes or until soft and browned. Remove to food processor. Put livers into onion pan. Cover and cook 8 minutes over low heat. Add more butter if necessary. Remove to food processor. Process liver, onions and hard boiled eggs. Salt and pepper to taste. For finer texture process again.
