1 box Crispix cereal
12 oz. bag chocolate chips
1 c. peanut butter
1 stick butter
2 c. powdered sugar

Melt chocolate chips, peanut butter and butter. Place cereal in large bowl. Pour melted mixture over top. Mix well. Coat with 2 cups powdered sugar. Mix well. Store in covered container.
