STEAK AND POTATO SUPPER 
1 1/2 lb. round steak
2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. oil
1/4 c. flour
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 can beef broth
4 med. potatoes
2 med. onions

Cut potatoes in 1/4" slices. Thinly slice onions. Cut steak in serving size pieces, combine flour, salt and pepper with meat. Brown meat slowly in oil, 20 to 30 minutes. Add broth, simmer for 30 minutes. Add water, if needed. Place potatoes and onions over meat. Season vegetables, cover tightly, cook slowly until vegetables are done.
