1 lg. can Spam
1 can Hunt's tomato sauce
1/4 c. water
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tbsp. finely grated onion
1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Cut meat lengthwise, not quite through into 8 slices. Place in shallow baking dish. Mix tomato sauce and remaining ingredients. Pour over meat. Bake in hot oven at 425 degrees for about 30 minutes, basting occasionally. Add canned new potatoes around meat the last 10 minutes of baking time and baste with sauce. With a salad you have a quick meal.
