EASY PEANUT BUTTER COOKIES 
1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated)
3/4 c. peanut butter
2 c. Bisquick baking mix
1 tsp. vanilla
Granulated sugar

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In large mixing bowl, beat milk and peanut butter until smooth. Add biscuit mix and vanilla; mix well. Shape into 1" balls. (Roll in sugar. Place 2" apart on ungreased baking sheet. Flatten with fork. Bake 6 to 8 minutes or until lightly browned. Do not overbake. Cool, store tightly covered at room temperature.
