BROWN RICE | |
1 stick of butter 1 can onion soup 1 c. dry rice (UNCLE BEN'S®) 1 can Beef Consomme Just pour all together in casserole and cover. Cook 1 hour at 350 degrees or until all liquid is dried out. I usually lift cover and stir one time during baking. Let it cook until the grains stand apart and is fluffy. Goes so good with roast beef. |
