PUMPKIN BREAD 
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. Wesson oil
1 c. canned pumpkin
1/3 c. water
1 3/4 c. flour
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. cloves
1/4 tsp. allspice
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Cream sugar and oil. Add eggs and beat. Mix in pumpkin and water. Sift together dry ingredients and mix. Pour batter into greased pans. Bake at least one hour or until tester comes out dry at 350 degrees. Makes 1 large loaf or 2 small loaves.
