FROZEN STRAWBERRY JAM 
Mash enough berries to make 3 1/2 cups of puree. Add 6 1/2 cups sugar. Stir until sugar is dissolved. Take 1 box Sure-Jell and 1 cup water and boil hard 1 minute, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and pour over the berries. Stir until it begins to thicken and sugar is all dissolved. Pour into container and cover with wax paper for 24 hours. Cover and freeze. (After you wash berries, drain well before mashing.)
