SPINACH BALLS 
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen chopped spinach, thaw and drain
3/4 c. butter
6 eggs
2 c. Pepperidge Farm stuffing
1 c. Parmesan cheese
1 env. Lipton onion soup

Mix all ingredients together and form into bite size balls. Place on ungreased cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Can be frozen after baking and microwaved to reheat. Makes 60-70 (1 inch) balls. Preparation time: 20 minutes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
