MICROWAVE PEANUT BUTTER FUDGE 
2 c. sugar
2 c. brown sugar
1 c. evaporated milk
1/2 c. butter
1 c. peanut butter
1 (7 oz.) jar marshmallow cream
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped pecans

Combine first four ingredients in a 2 1/2-quart glass bowl. Microwave on High 11 to 13 minutes, stirring well at 4-minute intervals. Add remaining ingredients and stir until melted. Pour into a buttered 9 x 13 dish and chill two hours. Cut into one-inch squares.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
