THE BEST - A - PIZZA - PIE - A 
1 pkg. hot roll mix
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 jar (15 1/2 oz.) extra thick Italian style spaghetti sauce
1 pkg. (8 oz.) shredded mozzarella cheese
1 c. very warm water
1/3 c. sliced pepperoni

Combine yeast from hot roll mix with 1 cup warm water. In large mixing bowl, add hot roll mix; stir until soft dough forms. Shape into a ball. Place in greased bowl. Turn to bring greased side up. Cover; let rise in a warm place about 30 minutes or until double in volume.

Rub fingertips lightly with oil; stretch and pat dough evenly into a greased 14 inch pizza pan allowing the edges to be slightly thicker than the middle. Brush the dough with the 1 tablespoon oil. Spread spaghetti sauce evenly over dough. Sprinkle cheese on top. Top with pepperoni slices. Bake in a hot oven (425 degrees) for 25 minutes or until crust is golden. Let stand 5 minutes before cutting.
