VEGETABLE SALAD 
1 lb. can French green beans, drained
1 lb. can sm. peas, drained
1 lb. can white shoepeg corn, drained
1 med. onion, chopped
1 green pepper, diced
1 (4 oz.) jar pimentos, diced
4 stalks celery, sliced thin
1/2-1 c. raw cauliflower bits
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. white vinegar
1/4 c. vegetable oil

Mix sugar, vinegar and oil in saucepan. Bring to a boil. Remove from heat. Let cool. Place all vegetables in a large bowl. Add cooled liquid and mix well. Can be made a day or two ahead. Will keep in refrigerator about 2 weeks. Serves 8-10.
