4 or 5 med. potatoes
2 med. onions
1 sm can Spam
1 can cream style corn
Oleo

In a medium sized casserole slice potatoes (quite thin) add salt and pepper and slice onions on top of the potatoes. Next cube the can of Spam on top of the onions. Pour can of creamed corn over call. Dot with butter and bake at 350 degrees for about 1 1/2 hours or until potatoes are done.

It is best to keep this covered while baking until about the last 20 minutes.
