DIABETIC BROWNIES 
1 c. butter
2 sq. unsweetened chocolate
2 c. flour
4 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. chopped nuts
4 med. eggs, well beaten
60 pkts Sweet and Low

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Melt butter and chocolate over low heat then remove. Sift flour. Add sweet and low, eggs and vanilla until well blended. Stir in nuts into mixture. Add flour, blend well. Pour into 8 inch square pan which has been greased, cook 20 minutes. Cool. Cut 1 to 10 squares.
