FRIED CABBAGE 
1 lg. head cabbage, shredded
1 (8 oz.) can sauerkraut
1/2 lb. bacon
3 onions
Salt & pepper

Parboil cabbage for 5 minutes and drain. Fry bacon. Remove piece of bacon and saute onions for about 1 minute. Put fried bacon and onions in food processor and pulverize. In baking pan, mix the cabbage, sauerkraut, bacon, onion. Add salt and pepper to taste. Bake for 1 hour in a 350 degree oven. Optional: Add a little Gravy Master for color.
