CHOLE (CHICK PEAS WITH POTATOES) | |
2 cans chick peas 1/2 lb. potatoes 1/2 lb. tomatoes 1 med. onion 1 handful chopped coriander leaves 2 tbsp. lemon juice 1/2 tsp. cumin powder 1/4 tsp. red pepper 1 tsp. salt Boil potatoes. Cool. Chop into cubes. Chop tomatoes; drain chick peas. Now combine all ingredients. Serve chilled. |
