1 box or pkg. frozen broccoli
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 sm. jar Cheez Whiz
2 c. rice, cooked

Cook broccoli and onions in electric skillet until tender. Add soup, cheese, dash of salt and pepper; mix in cooked rice.
