FAST FIX CAKE AND FRUIT 
1 pkg. white or yellow cake mix
1/4 c. oil
2 eggs
1/2 c. water
1 can (20 oz. or 23) pie filling (fruit or pumpkin)

Pour oil into 9 x 13 x 2 inch pan and tilt around to cover bottom, add water and eggs. Mix slightly with fork. Mix in cake, mix until well blended. Spread evenly in pan and pour fruit over top and fold in lightly to marblize. Bake and serve warm or cold. Thin icing is optional. Bake at 350 degrees oven 35 to 45 minutes. Serves 15.
