SPANISH SALAD 
1 med. head lettuce, chopped
2 med. size tomatoes, chopped
1 1/2 c. grated cheese (American or Cheddar)
1 can Campbell's onion soup in beef stock
1 lg. bag Doritos chips (1/2 of chips crushed)
1 lg. jar picante sauce
1 1/2 lbs. ground meat

Brown meat until lightly browned, drain off grease. Add 1 can of onion soup and 4 tablespoons of picante sauce (or to taste). Simmer all this together on low heat while you are mixing lettuce, tomatoes, 1 cup grated cheese and 1/2 of crushed chips together in large bowl. Top lettuce, tomatoes, chips and cheese off with 1/2 cup grated cheese and then pour hot meat mixture on top of salad and toss. Serve. Eat with rest of chips and picante sauce. Serves 6.
