POTATO SKINS 
4 med. potatoes
1/4 c. bacon bits
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. grated cheddar cheese

Wash potatoes and bake; let cool. Cut in half and scoop out, leaving a little meat skin. Deep fry skins until they are just barely brown, drain. Add cheese and bacon bits to potato skins. Bake at 400 degrees until cheese melts. Serve with sour cream dip.
