LONDON BROIL 
1 (2 lb.) flank steak
2 tsp. lemon juice
2 tsp. seasoned salt
Unseasoned meat tenderizer
2 tbsp. salad oil
1/4 tsp. lemon pepper
4 tsp. chopped parsley

Score meat or pierce with fork; dampen and sprinkle with meat tenderizer. Let stand for a few minutes.

Combine remaining ingredients and marinate steak for several hours. Broil on hot coals approximately 8 minutes per side. To serve, slice across grain in thin slices.
