VANILLA ICE CREAM 
4 eggs
2 1/2 c. sugar
8 c. milk
2 tbsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt

5 QT. FREEZER:

5 eggs
3 1/4 c. sugar
10 c. milk
2 1/2 tbsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt

Beat eggs until light, add sugar gradually. Beat until thick. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Freeze in freezer.
