CHICKEN CORDON BLEU 
8 boneless breasts
8 slices of jarlesburg cheese
8 slices of ham or prosciutto
8 asparagus spears
1 jar chicken gravy (with mushrooms)

Pound breasts thin, place 1 piece of ham, cheese and 1 spear of asparagus on top of each one and roll up. Secure with a toothpick, poultry nail or thread. Brown in butter and garlic, turn often. Add gravy and bake 30 minutes at 325 degrees.
