HOT BACON SALAD 
8 slices bacon, cut up sm.
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 tsp. cornstarch
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 1/4 c. water
1/2 c. cider vinegar

Fry bacon until crisp (save bacon grease). Mix water and vinegar in same pan with bacon and grease. Then mix in the same pan all dry ingredients. Put pan on high heat. Stir until thick. Pour over salad while warm. Serves 12 people.
