CORN BREAD SALAD | |
1 med. pan cold corn bread, crumbled 1 lb. crisp bacon, crumbled 1 lg. bell pepper, chopped 1 lg. red onion, chopped 1 lg. tomato, chopped Mix all together in bowl. Mix together 1/2 cup mayonnaise and 1/2 cup sweet pickle vinegar, 1/2 teaspoon black pepper. Add to bread mixture until well blended. Refrigerate several hours or overnight before serving. |
