MARINATED VEGETABLES 
Any combination of fresh vegetables cooked only until crisp may be used. Sm. carrots Italian green beans Garganzo beans, drained Green peas Cauliflower Pea pods Broccoli Slices of steamed yellow squash

Sprinkle with minced chives and pimento. Pour dressing over vegetables and chill several hours.

DRESSING:

1 c. white wine vinegar
1 tsp. mustard
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1/2 tsp. oregano
1 tbsp. chopped green onion
1 tbsp. fennel seeds, mashed
1 c. salad oil

Mix well and let stand 2 or 3 hours. Shake well before serving.
