QUICK TOMATO PRESERVES 
4 c. tomato pulp - measure after cooking
4 c. sugar

Boil above together 20 minutes. Add 1 tablespoon Certo. If you like lemon, add a couple of slices. Peach, blackberry or strawberry preserves may be made this way, but leave out lemon.

Ladle into jelly jars; adjust 2 piece lids and process in a boiling water bath canner for 10 minutes.
