VEGGIE PIZZA 
8 oz. light cream cheese
1/2 c. diet mayonnaise
1/2 c. cauliflower
1/2 c. carrots
1/2 c. mushrooms
1/4 c. grated Mozzarella cheese
1/2 c. plain nonfat yogurt
1 pkg. dry salad dressing mix
1/2 c. tomatoes
1/2 c. green pepper
2 pkgs. crescent rolls (8 rolls per pkg.)

Combine cream cheese, yogurt, mayonnaise and salad dressing mix. Mix well. Wash and cut up vegetables. Spread rolls, unbaked, on pizza pan. Spread cream cheese mixture on top; then spread cut-up vegetables on top. Sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake as directed on roll package. 12 servings.
